The 2100 ltr Slendaline Tank is very popular,
currently selling into all areas.
To help satisfy the many situations this tank is being used
in, we have designed 3 pump options:- |
|
SLT2100AP(S1)
Using a 30 lpm pump, this option is for single story dwelling where
an automatic device from tank water to mains water is required to
maintain constant supply for toilets and laundry use. SLT2100AP(S2)
This option uses a 55 lpm pump delivering higher volume and greater
pressure for multi story dwellings to maintain constant supply for
laundry and toilet use, with unlimited mains water when switched over.
Features of the Pressure Pump and the Changeover Device
 |
No water interruption - All new
'state of the art' automatic Changeover Device, switching back
to mains supply when tank level is low. No manual assistance
necessary. |
 |
Positive Selection - Will not provide a mixture
of both sources of water. Dual check valve prevents backflow. |
 |
LED indication - indicates what water is
being used, mains or tank water. |
 |
Economical - pump only runs when using tank
water. |
 |
Fitting - 3/4" BSP brass connections. |

Rainwater tanks, traditionally an icon of the Australian outback, are becoming a more common feature in urban communities, with around 17% of all households installing a tank on their property.
More households need to purchase a rainwater tank if the community is to make a real difference to conserve rapidly depleting water supplies. |
|
Saves large amounts of water which can be used in the garden or in the home.
Requires a relatively simple system which is easy to use.
During the wet season, when the garden doesn't need any extra watering, rainwater can be connected to the house and used for toilet flushing as well as in the laundry.
Rainwater is also suitable for use in pools and for washing cars.
In some rural areas,
it is possible to use rainwater for all domestic uses, and not draw upon the mains supply. |
